Jessica Gardner

Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

License: MA101557

As a third-generation Massage Therapist, Jessica grew up receiving holistic treatments and medicines. As a result of her family's holistic approach to treating illness, it comes as no surprise that she followed that philosophy into her career. Jessica has been a professional Massage Therapist since 2012, working with college and elite athletes to provide injury prevention and personal injury massage therapy.

Her experience includes treating athletes from the University of Minnesota, the Minnesota Vikings (NFL), MN Wild (NHL), and other professional sports players.

Jessica's passion for working with athletes stems from her upbringing as a competitive martial artist. During her 34 years in martial arts, she received a silver medal in the Junior Olympics and was recognized as the Best Lightweight Competitor in the State of Minnesota. After a knee injury, she ended her martial arts practice and focused on healing through holistic treatments.

Jessica is involved in the St Pete and Orlando Acro Communities. Jessica has always had a passion for healing and movement. Through these modalities and injuries, she is able to incorporate her personal experiences and growth as an athlete into her career as a Massage Therapist.
